Dr. Aaron Hill is the Executive Director of IT Support at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, where he leads innovative technological initiatives to ensure operational excellence in the luxury hospitality sector. With a distinguished career spanning government, e-commerce, environmental services, and consulting industries, Dr. Hill brings a multifaceted perspective to organizational leadership. 

As a content expert and dissertation committee advisor at Grand Canyon University’s College of Doctoral Studies, Dr. Hill specializes in leadership development and organizational transformation, mentoring future scholars in these critical domains. Dr. Hill joined Fontainebleau Las Vegas in October 2023 from Strategic Resolution Experts, where he served as a Program Manager until 2023. A decorated Marine Corps veteran, Dr. Hill dedicated 23 years earning accolades for his leadership, resilience, and commitment to service.
