Company: LionGrove, a Miami-based hospitality investment firm that owns 3 hotels in Puerto Rico: Fairmont El San Juan resort, Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Golf & Beach Resort and the Wyndham Palmas resort, as well as Adero Scottsdale Resort in Arizona.

Andro Nodarse-Leon is the Founder and CEO of LionGrove, a leading hospitality investment firm. Over a 20-year career, he has completed more than $85 billion in acquisition, financing, and divestiture transactions across sectors including hospitality, real estate, education, and media. Before founding LionGrove in 2018, he established LEON, MAYER & Co., a Miami- and New York-based investment banking and private equity firm, where he led major ventures such as Endeavor Schools and the acquisition of the El San Juan Hotel.

Earlier in his career, Nodarse-Leon worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. and KKR in New York City. He serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Cuban American National Foundation and has held advisory and board roles with Hilton Corporation and the Oliver G. Scholars Program. A co-author of Cuba: From Economic Take-off to Collapse Under Castro, Nodarse-Leon earned dual BS and BSE degrees, cum laude, from The Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
