As an award-winning CX professional, Jill Hunt helps navigate the ever-changing meeting and events industry as Vice President, Customer Experience at Encore, the world’s leading creative and event production company. With more than 30 years of experience, Jill has an exceptional talent for translating complex customer signals into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes for multinational brands and Fortune 500 companies. In her current role, she is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving Encores’ enterprise-wide customer experience vision. She oversees the development and execution of customer experience strategies, voice-of-customer programs, and data-driven insights to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and business performance. Under her guidance, Encore’s proprietary Event Pulse program gathers and analyzes over 30,000 customer surveys annually, providing real-time insights that allow onsite teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences aligned with the company’s Service Excellence blueprint.

Prior to joining Encore, she worked for Stryker, a Fortune 500 medical technology company, leading market insights and strategy for their Orthopedic Instruments division. Additionally, she spent 17 years with Medela, a global leader in medical vacuum technology as the Sr. Director, Market Strategy and Insights leading all Global market research and strategic planning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati and a business certificate in General Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of work, Jill is a triathlete, including a one-time Ironman finisher (IMWI,) and has backpacked the “W” trail in Patagonia, Chile. She also enjoys reading, especially historical fiction, and would consider herself a “foodie”.
