Joshua Secrest

Joshua Secrest is Vice President of Client Advocacy at Paradox. Prior to joining Paradox, he led talent and talent acquisition teams for some of the world’s largest brands. During his time at McDonald’s, Joshua was head global talent acquisition where he helped develop next-gen hiring technologies - including the world's first conversational applicant tracking system and voice-activated application alongside Paradox. Joshua also spent over 13 years at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. where he led global talent acquisition, culture and philanthropy.
