Julian Darisse is a senior hotel executive with over 15 years of international experience in luxury hospitality, spanning hotel operations, brand development, and customer experience transformation. Most recently as Global Director of Brand Experience at Accor, he helped strengthen Mövenpick’s global positioning through service culture, brand standards, partnerships, design, and customer experience initiatives. Building on deep operational expertise from leadership roles at Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong, Toronto, Shanghai, and Beijing, Julian combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. Known for his people-first approach and attention to detail, he is passionate about developing teams and experiences that connect heritage with modern hospitality.
