Phil Keb is known throughout the world for bringing inspiring, action-oriented leadership to the luxury hotels, resorts and branded residences space as a key strategic advisor and senior development executive.

Throughout the hospitality industry, Mr. Keb is considered a highly respected thought leader based on his insightful contributions as a Board of Directors member, as seen in the Volunteering section. Both in the U.S. and globally, he is known for his ability to source, develop and innovate financing and operations solutions that deliver consistent deal flow and forge new strategic partnerships across diverse borders and cultures, sending billions of dollars to a luxury brand's bottom line.

With a technical background in engineering that encompasses leveraging the latest technology and AI tools, Mr. Keb has tackled the multiple challenges associated with overseeing complex deals from start to finish. These include hotels and resorts ranging from boutique hotels designed to attract tech-focused Gen Z business travelers and their families ... to spearheading a "miracle-turnaround" resort project during a global credit crisis that severely limited Caribbean economic development ... to launching hotels with financing that was fully compliant with Sharia guidelines throughout the Gulf region and Middle East.

Mr. Keb currently serves as Senior Advisor - Global Capital Investments & Transactions at IHG Hotels & Resorts. In this key strategic advisory and leadership role, he supports the broader regional development team in building and expanding both the Regent Hotels & Resorts and Six Senses luxury brands throughout the U.S. and Mexico.

His premier global hotel, resort, hospitality and brand experience includes the financing or development of more than 50 luxury hotels with a combined investment value of $7.5 billion, including:
