As the Founder of The-Guest Club, Sofia blends academic insight with real-world expertise to help luxury hotels transform data into meaningful guest experiences. Her journey includes leadership roles at reputable international hospitality schools in Switzerland, where she served as Academic Dean, and currently teaching and mentoring future leaders in hospitality.

Sofia is passionate about research and for the last six years has been exploring how technology can empower -not replace- human connection in the luxury service context.
