Tammy Pahel

Tammy Pahel, Vice President of Spa & Wellness at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort and Chief Wellness Officer at Alchemy Wellness Resorts, is a trailblazer in the wellness industry with over 30 years of experience. Beginning her career in 1989 as Executive Spa Director at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa, she led it to earn a place on the Conde Nast Gold List’s “Top Ten Spas” for eight consecutive years. Pahel has successfully developed and managed 13 Forbes 4 Star wellness destinations across the U.S., including Caesar’s Palace, Arizona Biltmore, Turnberry Isle, and Carillon Miami Wellness Resort. She is a recognized spa & wellness industry leader who has served on the ISPA Board, is a Global Wellness Summit Ambassador, and contributes and holds the Wellness Seat on the Forbes Standards Advisory Board. Her innovative work at Carillon since 2018 has introduced over $1 million in cutting-edge touchless wellness technologies, enhancing guest satisfaction and profitability. In recognition of her impact, she received ISPA's Innovation Award in 2023 and Contributor Award in 2024.
