Yes, registration transfers are available up to 14 days before the event. Contact our team to arrange a transfer.

Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. After that, a 50% refund is available up to 14 days prior. No refunds are issued within 14 days of the event, but transfers are accepted.

Yes, we offer group rates for organizations sending 3 or more attendees. Contact us for details on group pricing.

Travel & Hotel

Yes, we have negotiated a special rate at the host property for INSPIRE attendees. Booking details are shared upon registration.

Detailed travel information including the nearest airport, ground transportation options, and driving directions will be provided to registered attendees.

We partner with local transportation providers to offer shuttle service between the airport and the venue. Details will be shared closer to the event.

We recommend arriving the day before the conference begins to attend the welcome reception. The conference typically concludes by early afternoon on the final day.

Event Details

Business casual is the standard for daytime sessions. Evening events may call for smart casual or cocktail attire — we'll share specific guidance for each event.

Select keynote sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees after the event. Breakout sessions are live-only to encourage candid conversation.

Yes, we provide a conference app with the full schedule, speaker bios, venue maps, and networking features. Download details are shared before the event.

In addition to structured networking sessions and the evening events, our conference app includes a directory and messaging feature so you can connect before, during, and after INSPIRE.
